We have worked with Larry Ladd for the past 11 conferences held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and each year is better than the last! From booking celebrity acts such as Foreigner, Earth Wind & Fire, Styx, Kool & the Gang, Heart and Pat Benatar, to providing decor and gaming for our parties, Larry’s attention to detail is second to none!

We worked with Larry at the 2011, 2014, 2017, 2020and again at the 2023 CONEXPO show in Vegas, where we had entertainment, transportation, golf and Hoover Dam tours, decor, printing and AV. Everything was perfect, I can’t believe how seamless everything was. Larry was fantastic with all our last minute changes and attention to detail on ops, great job everyone! Can’t wait to work together again at the 2026 CONEXPO!

We used Dream Entertainment for the 1st time this year and they hit it out of the park! They took care of our entertainment needs with flexibility, ease and even produced our general session opener with 7 Elvis’ the night before! Our 25th anniversary was a very special affair and our 1st time in Las Vegas. Working with Larry Ladd and his team was seamless, professional and definitely on par with the Bellagio Resort Hotel. Attention to detail was very evident as our event was fantastic!

Thank you for a very favorable transportation experience! Transportation can be very difficult with large groups and given the complexity of the Aria Resort and Casino.  From our first night to our concluding evening, the transportation went like clockwork.  The extra bonus was working with both of you along with the great group of drivers who waited patiently for both dinners to conclude and attendees to board. With everyone ready to “go home” to the Aria Resort from the Springs Preserve, it was most reassuring to round the corner and see all eight shuttles lined up to whisk our guests home.  This is a tribute to your professional standards that make all of this work and work so well!

The sedan driver, Steve, was outstanding, kind and patient with the small route changes we requested. You can’t imagine how amazing it was to know that Chevon was a phone call away.
